Why emails are blocked

Why is email held?

Mail will be held for one of 4 reasons:

• Inappropriate language
• Contains a virus/breaches security criteria
• Oversized attachment (30MB limit)
• Attachment of a type that is not permitted (*.exe; *.bat, *.com or encrypted files)
